Roadside Attractions is set to release their documentary COOKIE QUEENS on VOD and digital platforms this week, arriving on September 8th, 2026. Additionally, the film will make its SVOD debut early next year, arriving on Paramount+ on January 6th, 2027. The film world premiered at this year’s Sundance Film Festival before launching in US theaters on August 7th, 2026.
Cookie Queens is directed and produced by Alysa Nahmias. Meghan Markle served as an executive producer on the documentary through her and Prince Harry’s production company, Archewell Productions.
The film is a celebration of girlhood and the complexities that come with it, Cookie Queens is a coming-of-age story about the joys, pressures, and tensions woven into one of America’s most cherished rituals: Girl Scout Cookie season.
