Disney is set to release their live-action family adventure MOANA on VOD and digital platforms later this month, arriving on September 8th, 2026. The film launched in US theaters on July 10th, 2026.
Moana is directed by Thomas Kail in his feature directional debut from a screenplay by Jared Bush and Dana Ledoux Miller, and produced by Dwayne Johnson, Hiram and Dany Garcia, Beau Flynn, and songwriter Lin-Manuel Miranda. It stars Catherine Laga’aia, Dwayne Johnson, John Tui, Frankie Adams, and Rena Owen.
