When to Stream’s Weekly Tracking Report
Welcome to When To Stream’s Weekly Tracking Report. Every Friday, we’ll break down the film titles whose first window streaming premieres are still not confirmed. This column will not examine second window SVOD premieres, though we’ll obviously still be tracking and reporting those.
One note: There are hundreds of new films every year, and we’re not able to track or highlight every single one. For now, we concentrate on major studio and indie distributor releases.

Here are the film titles (in order of theatrical release) we are currently tracking:
Theatrical Release Date: July 12, 2024
Tracking: A24 announced they’ll be re-releasing the film in theaters starting January 17th. We imagine a digital release date before then is highly unlikely. Adjusted our estimate accordingly.

VOD/Digital Estimate: February 2025
Theatrical Release Date: October 18, 2024
Tracking: The film released as a sale-only digital title on 12/17.
Theatrical Release Date: November 15, 2024
Tracking: Sideshow Pictures will slowly expand this throughout awards season, with a digital release not likely until early next year.

VOD/Digital Estimate: February/March 2025
Theatrical Release Date: November 22, 2024
Tracking: It looks like Universal is showing some patience and letting this musical cook in theaters a while longer. No indication of a PVOD release next week (though it could drop unexpectedly). We still think an end of year digital release is possible. Holding on our estimate for now.
