GOOD NIGHT, AND GOOD LUCK: LIVE FROM BROADWAY Gets Netflix Streaming Premiere Date

The George Clooney led GOOD NIGHT, AND GOOD LUCK: LIVE FROM BROADWAY is set to make its SVOD debut early next month, arriving on Netflix on January 7th, 2026. The June 7, 2025 performance was broadcast live on CNN and CNN International and streamed live, becoming the first Broadway production to be aired live on television. It hit VOD and digital platforms on October 3rd, 2025.

Good Night, and Good Luck: Live from Broadway is a historical drama written by George Clooney and Grant Heslov, and is adapted from their 2005 film of the same name. It is directed by David Cromer and stars Clooney, Mac Brandt, Will Dagger, Christopher Denham, R. Ward Duffy, Glenn Fleshler, Joe Forbrich, Ilana Glazer, Clark Gregg, Paul Gross, Georgia Heers, Fran Kranz, Jennifer Morris, Michael Nathanson, Andrew Polk, Imani Rousselle, Greg Stuhr, JD Taylor, Sophia Tzougros, and Aaron Roman Weiner.

George Clooney’s Tony-nominated, box-office record-breaking Broadway play chronicles a time in American history when legendary newsman Edward R. Murrow took an on-air stand against a growing tide of fear-mongering and disinformation–and won.
