A24’s acclaimed comedy drama SORRY, BABY is set to make its SVOD debut later next month, arriving on HBO Max on October 30th, 2025. The film world premiered at this year’s Sundance Film Festival before launching in US theaters in limited release on June 27th, 2025. It hit PVOD on August 5th.
In addition, the film will debut on HBO linear on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 30 at 8:00 p.m. ET.
Sorry, Baby is written and directed by Eva Victor, in their filmmaking debut, and produced by Barry Jenkins. It stars Victor, Naomi Ackie, Lucas Hedges, John Carroll Lynch, Louis Cancelmi, and Kelly McCormack.
In the film, something bad happened to Agnes. But life goes on… for everyone around her, at least. When a beloved friend visits on the brink of a major milestone, Agnes starts to realize just how stuck she’s been, and begins to work through how to move forward.
