The Dark Sky Films documentary CHAIN REACTIONS is set to make its SVOD debut early next month, arriving on Shudder on January 9th, 2026. The film world premiered at the 2024 Venice Film Festival and launched in US theaters on September 19th, 2025. It hit VOD and digital platforms on October 21st, 2025.
Chain Reactions is written and directed by Alexandre O. Philippe (Lynch/Oz, Memory: The Origin of Alien). It features Stephen King, Patton Oswalt, Karyn Kusama, Takashi Miike, and Alexandra Heller-Nicholas.
