According to our sources, NEON is expected to release their found-footage horror thriller SHELBY OAKS on VOD and digital platforms later this month, arriving on November 11th, 2025. The film world premiered at last year’s Fantasia International Film Festival before launching in US theaters on October 24th, 2025.

Shelby Oaks is produced, written, and directed by Chris Stuckmann in his feature directorial debut, with Mike Flanagan serving as an executive producer. It stars Camille Sullivan, Brendan Sexton III, Keith David, Sarah Durn, Robin Bartlett, and Michael Beach.
In the film, The Paranormal Paranoids, a team of paranormal investigators, uncover a dark legacy and the far-reaching effects their investigation has as Mia searches for her sister Riley, the lead paranormal investigator, twelve years later. As Mia uncovers new and disturbing leads related to Riley’s disappearance, she uncovers evidence of a hidden supernatural evil dating all the way back to her and Riley’s childhood.
