20th Century Studios is set to release their sci-fi action thriller PREDATOR: BADLANDS on VOD and digital platforms early next month, arriving on January 6th, 2026. The film launched in US theaters on November 7th, 2025.
Predator: Badlands is the seventh film in the mainline series and ninth in the overall franchise. The film is directed by Dan Trachtenberg, co-written by Trachtenberg and Patrick Aison, and stars Elle Fanning.
The film is set in the future on a remote planet, where a young Predator, outcast from his clan, finds an unlikely ally in Thia (Fanning) and embarks on a treacherous journey in search of the ultimate adversary.
