Universal Officially Announces PVOD Premiere for THE WOMAN IN THE YARD, Sets Blu-Ray Launch

As we reported last week, Universal Pictures will release their Blumhouse horror thriller THE WOMAN IN THE YARD on VOD and digital platform tomorrow, April 15th, 2025. The studio has also set a release date for the film’s Blu-Ray and DVD retail launch, which will be on May 27th, 2025.
The Woman in the Yard is directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, written by Sam Stefanak, and produced by Blumhouse Pictures. It stars Danielle Deadwyler, Okwui Okpokwasili, Russell Hornsby, Peyton Jackson, and Estella Kahiha.
The film’s story is as follows: In the aftermath of her husband's death, widow Ramona's struggle to raise her two kids is hindered by the arrival of a mysterious woman with supernatural abilities.
