Sony Shifts Dumb Money Release Date

Originally slated to go wide on September 22nd, 2023, DUMB MONEY will now open exclusively in New York and Los Angeles on September 15th, 2023. It will then be platformed on the 22nd and 29th, before going wide on October 6th.

It’s not a surprise Sony shifted the dates, as October is looking very soft. It had previously scheduled KRAVEN THE HUNTER for 10/6, but pushed that title into 2024. It is currently the only wide release dated for the first week in October, as both KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON and FOE are opening in limited release.

Dumb Money will have its world premiere at the Toronto Film Festival next month. We’ve added the release date to the theatrical calendar.
