EXHIBITING FORGIVENESS Gets Digital Streaming Release Date

Roadside Attractions and Lionsgate are set to release their acclaimed drama EXHIBITING FORGIVENESS on VOD and digital platforms early next month, arriving on December 3rd, 2024. The film world premiered at this year’s Sundance Film Festival and launched in US theaters on October 18th, 2024.

Exhibiting Forgiveness was written and directed by Titus Kaphar, and stars André Holland, Andra Day, John Earl Jelks and Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor.

In the film, Tarrell (Holland) is an admired American painter whose path to success is derailed by an unexpected visit from his estranged father, La’Ron (Jelks), a conscience-stricken man trying to reconcile. Tarrell is desperate to protect his wife Aisha (Day) and son from the anguish of his childhood, but Tarrell’s spiritual mother (Ellis-Taylor) hopes he can open his heart to forgiving La’Ron, giving them all another chance at being a family. Together, father and son learn that forgetting the past is as challenging as forgiving.
