Digital Streaming Release Date Revealed for Luca Guadagnino’s QUEER

According to our sources, A24 is expected to release their drama QUEER on VOD and digital platforms later this month, arriving on January 14th, 2025. The film world premiered at the 2024 Venice Film Festival before launching in US theaters in limited release on November 27th, 2024.

Queer is directed by Luca Guadagnino from a screenplay by Justin Kuritzkes, based on the 1985 novel of the same name by William S. Burroughs. It stars Daniel Craig, Drew Starkey, Jason Schwartzman, Henrique Zaga, Omar Apollo, and Lesley Manville.

In 1950s Mexico City, William Lee, an American expat in his late forties, leads a solitary life amidst a small American community. However, the arrival in town of Eugene Allerton, a young student, stirs William into finally establishing a meaningful connection with someone.
