The Lionsgate crime thriller SHE RIDES SHOTGUN is set to make its SVOD debut later this month, arriving on MGM+ on November 29th, 2025. The film launched in US theaters on August 1st, 2025, and hit VOD and digital platforms on August 26th.
She Rides Shotgun is directed by Nick Rowland, written by Ben Collins and Luke Piotrowski, and stars Taron Egerton, Ana Sophia Heger, Rob Yang, and John Carroll Lynch. It is based on the 2017 novel of the same name by Jordan Harper.
In the film, newly released from prison and marked for death by unrelenting enemies, Nate must now protect his estranged 11-year-old daughter, Polly, at all costs. With scant resources and no one to trust, Nate and Polly form a bond forged under fire as he shows her how to fight and survive — and she teaches him what unconditional love truly means.
