According to our sources, Angel Studios is expected to release their historical drama YOUNG WASHINGTON on VOD and digital platforms later this month, arriving on August 11th, 2026. The film world premiered at the 2026 Tribeca Film Festival before launching in US theaters on July 3rd, 2026.

Young Washington is directed, produced, and co-written by Jon Erwin. William Franklyn-Miller stars as George Washington, with Mary-Louise Parker, Kelsey Grammer, Andy Serkis and Ben Kingsley in supporting roles.
