Welcome to When To Stream’s Weekly Tracking Report. Every Friday, we’ll break down the film titles whose first window streaming premieres are still not confirmed. This column will not examine second window SVOD premieres, though we’ll obviously still be tracking and reporting those.
One note: There are hundreds of new films every year, and we’re not able to track or highlight every single one. For now, we concentrate on major studio and larger indie distributor releases. There are titles not here whose streaming release dates we will report when available.

SPRINGSTEEN: DELIVER ME FROM NOWHERE
Theatrical Release Date: October 24, 2025
Tracking: 20th Century Studios titles have been following the Disney playbook: 60 day windows. Look for this one on digital around Christmas. A straight-to-Hulu release is unlikely.

Tracking: Still no sign of a digital launch for this XYZ Films release. We’re pushing back out estimate a bit.

Tracking: Sony Pictures Classics finally has an arthouse hit on their hands! They’re keeping this chugging along in theaters, pushing back our estimate again.

Tracking: Janus Films will roll this out slowly over the holidays, with a joint Criterion Channel / digital release likely early next year.

Tracking: 20th Century Studios titles have maintained 60-day theatrical windows, and that’s what we’ll estimate here. Could they push it up to have it on digital in time for the lucrative Christmas – New Year’s corridor? We’ll see.

Tracking: NEON keeps this in limited release this weekend, expanding slowly over the holidays. We’re hearing rumblings it might be out on digital before the end of the year, so we’ve pushed up our estimate.

Tracking: Searchlight went wide rather than platforming this feel-good drama. Could it be a candidate to go straight to Hulu in time for Christmas? May depend on the box-office. For now, we’ll go conservative and estimate a 60-day window before digital.

Tracking: Focus Features continues to expand to more theaters this weekend. We’re estimating they’ll use the same playbook as they did with Bugonia, which would put this on digital by the end of the year.

Tracking: NEON slowly rolls this out over the next few weeks, with Golden Globe nominations and end-of-year critics citations coming through, they’ll want to expand to take advantage. Holding on our estimate for now.

Tracking: We’re expecting this Disney sequel to make huge money straight through the end of the year and don’t expect it on digital for two months.

Tracking: Briarcliff titles have struggled at the box-office and quickly pivoted to digital. We’re estimating this Benedict Cumberbatch drama will likely follow suit.

Tracking: IFC took this wide right away, which signals to us they’ll likely put this on a 3 or 4 week window. We’ll see how quickly they fast-track it.

Tracking: Upstart distributor The Forge will expand this to more cities on January 9, 2026. We imagine they’ll take their time before getting it on digital.
