Magenta Light Studios has set a digital streaming release date for their shark thriller DEEP WATER, which is slated to arrive on VOD and digital platforms on June 16th, 2026. The film launched in US theaters on May 1st, 2026.
Deep Water is directed by Renny Harlin (who previously helmed the shark classic Deep Blue Sea) and stars Aaron Eckhart, Ben Kingsley, Angus Sampson, Kelly Gale, Madeleine West, and Molly Belle Wright.
In the film, a flight from Los Angeles to Shanghai goes down in the middle of the Pacific. After surviving the crash, the survivors soon discover they’re not alone and they must survive the shark infested waters.
