Oscar Nominee SIRÂT Gets Digital Streaming Release Date

NEON is set to release their Oscar nominated dram SIRÂT on VOD and digital platforms later this month, arriving on March 24th, 2026. The film world premiered at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival, where it won the Jury Prize, and launched in US theaters on February 6th, 2026.

Sirāt is directed by Óliver Laxe and co-written by Santiago Fillol and Laxe. It stars Sergi López, Brúno Nuñez, Stefania Gadda, Joshua Liam Henderson, Tonin Janvier, Jade Oukid, and Richard Bellamy.

In the film, a father (Sergi López) and his son arrive at a rave deep in the mountains of southern Morocco. They are searching for Mar — daughter and sister — who vanished months ago at one of these endless, sleepless parties. Surrounded by electronic music and a raw, unfamiliar sense of freedom, they hand out her photo again and again. Hope is fading, but they push through and follow a group of ravers heading to one last party in the desert. As they venture deeper into the burning wilderness, the journey forces them to confront their own limits.

In addition to winning the Jury Prize at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival, Sirāt is nominated for Best International Feature Film and Best Sound at the upcoming 98th Academy Awards. It earned eleven nominations at the 40th Goya Awards, and won for Best Cinematography, Best Editing, Best Art Direction, Best Production Supervision, Best Original Score, and Best Sound.
