When to Stream’s Weekly Tracking Report
Welcome to When To Stream’s Weekly Tracking Report. Every Friday, we’ll break down the film titles whose first window streaming premieres are still not confirmed. This column will not examine second window SVOD premieres, though we’ll obviously still be tracking and reporting those.
One note: There are hundreds of new films every year, and we’re not able to track or highlight every single one. For now, we concentrate on major studio and indie distributor releases.

Tracking: It’s back in theaters! A24 looks to give this drama one last awards push. It’s also now available for pre-order, and it’s priced for PVOD, so a digital date should be coming soon.

Tracking: A 2/4 VOD/Digital release date is set.

Tracking: Disney has been keeping their films exclusively in theater for 60 days, and there’s no reason to think they won’t do the same with this blockbuster. We’re anticipating a digital date announcement from Disney in the next week or two.

Theatrical Release Date: November 27, 2024
Tracking: The International Feature Oscar hopeful continues in theaters, with a digital date likely after Oscar nominations are announced.

Tracking: We’re using last year’s Amazon MGM awards success story American Fiction as a comp here, which would put the digital release date in February.

Tracking: Paramount takes this one nationwide this weekend, though it’s still only in 121 theaters. Whether it expands more probably depends on the box-office…and awards fortune. Holding on our estimate for now.

Tracking: A24 has been touting this as the theatrical experience of the year, so we don’t expect a quick pivot to digital. For now, we’re estimating they’ll wait until a week or two before the Oscars.

Tracking: After a robust start at the box-office, we’re adjusting our digital estimate a bit. This French import should have some life in theaters.

Tracking: Sony’s titles tend to have either 30 or 45-day windows, we think this well-reviewed comedy will likely trend towards the former.
