Utopia Sets Digital Streaming Release Date for THE SWEET EAST

Utopia has set a digital streaming premiere date for the indie drama THE SWEET EAST, which will arrive on VOD and digital platforms on February 27th, 2024. The film world premiered at this year’s Cannes Film Festival before launching in limited release in the US on December 1st.

The Sweet East is the directorial debut of Sean Price Williams, with a screenplay by Nick Pinkerton. It stars Talia Ryder, Earl Cave, Simon Rex, Ayo Edebiri, Jeremy O. Harris, Jacob Elordi and Rish Shah. In the film, a high school senior is separated from her class trip and is taken through the cities and woods of the United States.
