Utopia Announces Digital Streaming Premiere Date for Thriller FEMME

Utopia Distribution has announced the streaming premiere date for their thriller FEMME, which will arrive on VOD and digital platforms on April 30th, 2024. The film world premiered at the 2023 Berlin International Film Festival before launching in US theaters on March 22nd, 2024.

Femme was written and directed by Sam H. Freeman and Ng Choon Ping in their feature debut. It is a feature-length adaptation of their BAFTA-nominated 2021 short film of the same name.

In the film, Jules is a drag artist in London who withdraws into himself and loses his career after a horrific attack. Months later, he recognizes one of his assailants in a gay sauna and quickly realizes he has the perfect opportunity to get revenge. George Mackay and Nathan Stewart-Jarrett co-star.
