Universal Drops Official Trailer, Poster for Mystery Thriller DROP

Universal has unveiled the official trailer and poster for their upcoming mystery thriller DROP, which will launch in US theaters on April 11th, 2025.

Drop is directed by Christopher Landon, and written by Jillian Jacobs and Chris Roach. It stars Meghann Fahy, Brandon Sklenar, Violett Beane, Jacob Robinson, Reed Diamond, Gabrielle Ryan, Jeffery Self, Ed Weeks, and Travis Nelson.

In the film, a widowed mother on her first date in years, who arrives at an upscale restaurant where she is relieved that her date, Henry is more charming and handsome than she expected. But their chemistry begins to curdle as Violet begins being irritated and then terrorized by a series of anonymous drops to her phone.
