According to our sources, Lionsgate is expected to release their inspirational family drama THE UNBREAKABLE BOY on VOD and digital platforms early next month, arriving on April 4th, 2025. The film launched in US theaters on February 21st, 2025.

Please note: Lionsgate has neither announced nor confirmed the release date. As always, release dates are subject to change.

The Unbreakable Boy is directed and written by Jon Gunn, and is based on the book The Unbreakable Boy: A Father's Fear, a Son's Courage, and a Story of Unconditional Love, written by Scott Michael LeRette and Susy Flory. It stars Zachary Levi, Meghann Fahy, Jacob Laval, Drew Powell, Gavin Warren, and Patricia Heaton.

In the film, when Scott and Teresa LeRette learn that their son Austin is both autistic and has brittle bone disease, they initially worry for their son’s future. But with Scott’s growing faith and Austin’s incredible spirit, they become 'unbreakable', finding joy, gratitude, and courage even in the most trying times.
