Oscar Nominee ANORA Gets Hulu Streaming Premiere Date

NEON’s Oscar-nominated hit ANORA is set to make its SVOD debut next month, arriving on Hulu on March 17th, 2025. The film world premiered at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival, where it won the Palme d’Or, and launched in US theaters on October 18th, 2024. It hit VOD and digital platforms on December 17th, 2024.
Anora was written, directed, and edited by Sean Baker. It stars Mikey Madison, Mark Eydelshteyn, Yura Borisov, Karren Karagulian, Vache Tovmasyan, and Aleksei Serebryakov.
In the film, Anora, a young sex worker from Brooklyn, gets her chance at a Cinderella story when she meets and impulsively marries the son of an oligarch. Once the news reaches Russia, her fairytale is threatened as the parents set out for New York to get the marriage annulled.
In addition to winning the top prize at Cannes, Anora has also been nominated for 6 Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Best Director (Baker), Best Actress (Madison), Best Supporting Actor (Borisov), Best Original Screenplay (Baker), and Best Film Editing (Baker).
