Netflix Unveils Teaser Trailer, Sets Streaming Premiere Date for SCOOP

Netflix has released a teaser trailer and announced a streaming premiere date for its upcoming drama SCOOP, which will launch on their platform on April 5th, 2024.

Scoop  stars Gillian Anderson, Rufus Sewell, Billie Piper, and Keeley Hawes, and is directed by Philip Martin. It is a dramatic retelling of the process of securing the 2019 BBC television interview of Prince Andrew by presenter and journalist Emily Maitlis, the production team at BBC Two news, and current affairs program Newsnight. Peter Moffat adapted former Newsnight editor Sam McAlister's book Scoops: Behind The Scenes of the BBC's Most Shocking Interview.
