Netflix Sets Streaming Premiere Date, Unveils First Look at THE THURSDAY MURDER CLUB

Netflix has released first look images for their upcoming mystery comedy THE THURSDAY MURDER CLUB, which will begin streaming on their platform on August 28th, 2025.

The Thursday Murder Club is directed by Chris Columbus from a screenplay he co-wrote with Katy Brand, based on the 2020 novel by Richard Osman. The film features an ensemble cast that includes Helen Mirren, Pierce Brosnan, Ben Kingsley, Celia Imrie, David Tennant, Jonathan Pryce, Naomi Ackie, Daniel Mays, Paul Freeman and Richard E. Grant.

In the film, four septuagenarian friends who live in a retirement community and, led by a former spy, form the Thursday Murder Club to solve cold cases for fun. But when a shady property developer is found dead, the four find themselves in the middle of their first live case.
