Netflix has unveiled the first trailer for their upcoming horror thriller THE DELIVERANCE, which will launch on their platform on August 30th, 2024.

The Deliverance was directed by Lee Daniels and written by David Coggeshall and Elijah Bynum. The film stars Andra Day with Rob Morgan, Caleb McLaughlin, Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor, Tasha Smith, Omar Epps, Mo'Nique, and Glenn Close. It is based on the Latoya Ammons family possession.

In the film, a family living in a home in Indiana discover strange, demonic occurrences that convince them and the community that the house is a portal to hell.
