MUBI Sets Streaming Release Date for GRAND THEFT HAMLET

MUBI has set a streaming premiere date for their animated documentary GRAND THEFT HAMLET, which will begin streaming on their platform, and on digital, on February 21st, 2025. The film world premiered at the 2024 SXSW Festival and launched in US theaters on January 17th, 2025.

Grand Theft Hamlet is directed by Sam Crane and Pinny Grylls. The film is about the staging of a production of Hamlet in the video game Grand Theft Auto online during one of the UK's COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns in 2021.
