Mike Leigh’s HARD TRUTHS Digital Streaming Release Date Revealed

According to our sources, Bleecker Street is expected to release Mike Leigh’s acclaimed drama HARD TRUTHS on VOD and digital platforms later this month, arriving on February 11th, 2025. The film world premiered at last year’s Toronto Film Festival and had a one-week Oscar qualifying run on December 6th, 2024. It launched in limited release in US theaters on January 10th, 2025.

Hard Truths is written and directed by Mike Leigh, and stars Marianne Jean-Baptiste, Michele Austin, and David Webber.
In the film, Pansy, angry and depressed, lashes out at family and strangers. Her constant criticism isolates her, except from her cheerful sister Chantal, who remains sympathetic despite their differences.
