Jonathan Groff’s A NICE INDIAN BOY Gets Trailer, Poster, Theatrical Release Date

Wayfarer Studios has unveiled the official trailer and poster for their upcoming romantic comedy A NICE INDIAN BOY, which will launch in US theaters on April 4th, 2025. The film world premiered at the 2024 SXSW Festival.

A Nice Indian Boy is directed by Roshan Sethi and written by Eric Randall, based on the play by Madhuri Shekar. It stars Karan Soni, Jonathan Groff, Sunita Mani, Zarna Garg, Harish Patel, Peter S. Kim, and Sas Goldberg.

In the film, when Naveen brings his fiancé Jay home to meet his traditional Indian family, they must contend with accepting his white-orphan-artist boyfriend and helping them plan the Indian wedding of their dreams.
