EDDINGTON Digital Streaming Release Date Revealed

According to our sources, A24 is expected to release their Ari Aster black comedy EDDINGTON on VOD and digital platforms next week, arriving on August 12th, 2025. The film world premiered in competition at this year’s Cannes Film Festival and launched in US theaters on July 18th, 2025.
Please note: A24 has neither announced nor confirmed the release date. As always, released dates are subject to change.
Eddington is written and directed by Ari Aster, and starring Joaquin Phoenix, Pedro Pascal, Luke Grimes, Deirdre O'Connell, Micheal Ward, Austin Butler, and Emma Stone.
In the film, in May of 2020, a standoff between a small-town sheriff (Joaquin Phoenix) and mayor (Pedro Pascal) sparks a powder keg as neighbor is pitted against neighbor in Eddington, New Mexico.
