Disney+ has moved up the streaming release date of TAYLOR SWIFT: THE ERAS TOUR (TAYLOR’S VERSION). Previously announced for March 15th, 2024, the concert film will now launch on March 14th, 2024, at 9p ET/6p PT.

Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour was produced by Taylor Swift and directed by Sam Wrench. The film documents the Eras Tour, Swift's 2023–2024 concert tour. Swift struck an unprecedented distribution agreement with AMC Theatres and Cinemark Theatres for the film after negotiations with the major film studios fell through.

Filming took place in August 2023 at three shows at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, on a budget of $10–20 million, with SAG-AFTRA permitting production to proceed amidst its 2023 strike. Swift announced The Eras Tour later that month, catching studios off guard and causing the release dates of several films that had been set for release on or near October 13 to be moved.

This longer, unabridged edit of the film, subtitled (Taylor's Version), includes performances of "Cardigan" and four surprise songs, was purchased by Disney+, who bought exclusive streaming rights for reportedly more than $75 million in a bidding war with Netflix and Universal.

We’ve added the revised release date to our streaming calendar. Check out the Disney+ poster and trailer below.
