Comedy ADULT BEST FRIENDS Gets Max Streaming Premiere Date

The comedy ADULT BEST FRIENDS is set to make its SVOD debut early next month, launching on Max on May 2nd, 2025. The film world premiered at the 2024 Tribeca Film Festival before hitting digital and VOD platforms on February 28th, 2025.
The film will debut on HBO linear on SATURDAY, MAY 3 at 8:00 p.m. ET.
Adult Best Friends is is directed by Delaney Buffet, and written by Delaney Buffett and Katie Corwin. It stars Buffett, Corwin, Zachary Quinto, Mason Gooding and Cazzie David.
In the film, Katie and Delaney, inseparable since childhood, find their paths diverging in their 30s. When Katie’s boyfriend proposes, she plans a nostalgic trip with Delaney, intending to soften the blow by sharing the news in a familiar setting.
