BLUE BEETLE Digital Release Date Confirmed

Warner Bros will release BLUE BEETLE, the 14th installment in the DC Extended Universe, on digital and VOD platforms on September 19th, 2023. The film premiered in theaters on August 18th and has grossed nearly $50M in the US and $85M worldwide.
Originally developed to go directly to HBO Max, the film is latest DCEU project to underwhelm commercially. Critics were a bit more bullish, giving it a 78% Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Audiences gave the film a B+ Cinemascore.
We estimate BLUE BEETLE will be available to stream on Max in early November. We’ll post as soon as there’s confirmation.
