Netflix has set a streaming premiere date for their upcoming Danny Boyle drama INK, which will begin streaming on their platform on January 8th, 2027. The film is set to world premiere as the opening film of the 2026 Venice Film Festival and will launch in US theaters on December 11th, 2026.
Ink is directed by Danny Boyle and adapted by James Graham from his 2017 stage play. The film stars Jack O’Connell, Guy Pearce, and Claire Foy.
The film is an explosive cinematic rollercoaster about a group of visionaries and misfits who had an idea for a new kind of news — one that would give the people what they want and would change the face of the world we live in today.
