Vertical Entertainment is set to release the James McAvoy thriller POSE on VOD and digital platforms later this week, arriving on December 5th, 2025. The film was previously titled Turn Up The Sun!
Pose is written and directed by Jamie Adams, and stars James McAvoy, Lucas Bravo, Aisling Franciosi and Almudena Amor.
In the film, isolated in a grand country manor, a reclusive artist named Thomas Alexander (James McAvoy) spends a passionate and paranoid weekend with his ex-lover, an obsessive fan, and a potential muse. Thomas engages in a psychological game with his housemates, hoping to spark a new wave of artistic brilliance. Over the course of a few tumultuous days filled with chaos and revelation, not all of them will make it out alive.
