The Sony Pictures Classics anime fantasy SCARLET is set to make its SVOD debut early next month, arriving on Netflix on June 6th, 2026. The film world premiered at the 2025 Venice International Film Festival before launching in US theaters on February 6th, 2026. It hit VOD and digital platforms on March 14th, 2026.
Scarlet is written and directed by Mamoru Hosoda, and produced by Studio Chizu. It features the voices of Mana Ashida, Masaki Okada, and Kôji Yakusho.
