Amazon MGM Studios has released the first trailer and poster for their upcoming sci-fi action thriller MERCY, which will launch in US theaters on January 23rd, 2026.
Mercy is directed by Timur Bekmambetov, written by Marco van Belle, and stars Chris Pratt, Rebecca Ferguson, Annabelle Wallis, Kali Reis, Chris Sullivan, and Kylie Rogers.
In the film, in the near future, a detective (Chris Pratt) stands on trial accused of murdering his wife. He has 90 minutes to prove his innocence to the advanced A.I. Judge (Rebecca Ferguson) he once championed, before it determines his fate.
The MPA has rated the film PG-13 for violence, bloody images, some strong language, drug content and teen smoking.
