Acclaimed Documentary NATCHEZ Gets Digital Streaming Release Date

Oscilloscope is set to release their award-winning documentary NATCHEZ on VOD and digital platforms later this month, arriving on March 31st, 2026. The film world premiered at the 2025 Tribeca Film Festival, where it won the Best Documentary Feature Prize. It launched in US theaters on January 30th, 2026.

Natchez is directed and produced by Suzannah Herbert.

In the film, Herbert takes a sharp look at the American South’s unreconciled history through a Mississippi town that mixes antebellum tourism with a community deeply divided over its past. With an unflinching lens, the film captures the debates, memories, and tensions that are building toward a reckoning.

In addition to the prize at the Tribeca Film Festival, Natchez was named one of the Top 5 Documentaries of 2025 by the National Board of Review.

We’ve added the release date to our Streaming Calendar. Check out the film’s official trailer below.
