The Sony Pictures romantic fantasy A BIG BOLD BEAUTIFUL JOURNEY is set to make its SVOD debut later this month, arriving on Netflix on January 17th, 2026. The film launched in US theaters on September 19th, 2025, and hit PVOD on October 14th, 2025.
A Big Bold Beautiful Journey is directed by Kogonada and written by Seth Reiss. It stars Margot Robbie, Colin Farrell, Lily Rabe, Jodie Turner-Smith, Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Hamish Linklater.
In the film, Sarah and David are single strangers who meet at a mutual friend’s wedding and soon, through a surprising twist of fate, find themselves on a funny, fantastical, sweeping adventure together where they get to re-live important moments from their respective pasts, illuminating how they got to where they are in the present… and possibly getting a chance to alter their futures.
