28 YEARS LATER: THE BONE TEMPLE Digital Streaming Release Date Revealed

According to our sources, Sony Pictures is expected to release their horror sequel 28 YEARS LATER: THE BONE TEMPLE on VOD and digital platforms later this month, arriving on February 17th, 2026. The film launched in US theaters on January 16th, 2026.

Please note: Sony Pictures has neither announced nor confirmed the release date. As always, release dates are subject to change.

28 Years Later: The Bone Temple is directed by Nia DaCosta and written by Alex Garland, and stars Ralph Fiennes, Jack O’Connell, Alfie Williams, Erin Kellyman, and Chi Lewis-Parry.

In a continuation of the epic story, Dr. Kelson (Ralph Fiennes) finds himself in a shocking new relationship – with consequences that could change the world as they know it – and Spike’s (Alfie Williams) encounter with Jimmy Crystal (Jack O’Connell) becomes a nightmare he can’t escape. In the world of The Bone Temple, the infected are no longer the greatest threat to survival – the inhumanity of the survivors can be stranger and more terrifying.

We’ve added the release date to our Streaming Calendar. Pre-order the film from Amazon below, and check out the official trailer.
