MUBI has set an SVOD premiere date for their Italian comedy-drama LA GRAZIA, which will begin streaming on their subscription platform on January 23rd, 2026. The film world premiered at this year’s Venice Film Festival, where it won the Volpi Cup for Best Actor for lead Toni Servillo. It launched in US theaters on December 5th, 2025.
MUBI often release their films for digital sale day-and-date with their SVOD premiere, so we’ll update this post as soon as we receive confirmation.
La Grazia is written and directed by Paolo Sorrentino, and stars Servillo, Anna Ferzetti, Orlando Cinque, Massimo Venturiello, Milvia Marigliano, Giuseppe Gaiani, Giovanna Guida, Alessia Giuliani, Roberto Zibetti, and Linda Messerklinger.
In the film, President Mariano De Santis’ term is coming to an end. Disparagingly nicknamed ‘Cemento armato’ (reinforced concrete) for his intractable nature and overly careful approach to politics, he has grown lonely in the echoing halls of the presidential palace, mourning the loss of his wife and listening to hip-hop. Before returning to civilian life, De Santis must make a series of bold decisions – a pair of presidential pardons and a groundbreaking policy bill – that will cement his legacy.
We’ve added the release date to our Streaming Calendar. Check out the film’s official US trailer below.
