Netflix has released the first trailer and poster for their sci-fi adventure THE ELECTRIC STATE, which will begin streaming on their platform in on March 14th, 2025.

The Electric State is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo and written by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely. It is based on the graphic novel of the same name by Simon Stålenhag. The film features an ensemble cast that includes Millie Bobby Brown, Chris Pratt, Ke Huy Quan, Stanley Tucci, Jason Alexander, Brian Cox, Jenny Slate, Giancarlo Esposito, Anthony Mackie and Billy Bob Thornton.

In the film, in a retro-futuristic past, orphaned teenager Michelle traverses the American West with an eccentric drifter and a sweet but mysterious robot in search of her younger brother.
