Paramount Pictures and Tom Cruise have held firm on their 3-month theatrical exclusive window for MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE - DEAD RECKONING PART ONE. The film is confirmed to launch on digital platforms on October 10th, 2023. The date aligns with the our forecast a few weeks ago.

M:I 7 debuted in theaters on July 12th, and was perceived as an underperformer at the box-office. With $564M worldwide, it certainly was no flop. But after Cruise’s dominance last year with Top Gun: Maverick, anything less than total domination would be seen as a disappointment. Part Two of Dead Reckoning is scheduled to arrive in US theaters on June 28th, 2024, though there is much talk it will be delayed.
