Update 1/31: Denis Velleneuve’s DUNE: PART TWO is the fifth Warner Bros 2024 film to be added to Netflix. It arrived in US theaters on March 1st, 2024, before pivoting to PVOD on April 16th. It began streaming on Max on May 21st, and continues to be available on that platform as well.

In a surprise end-of-year launch, Netflix has added some of Warner Bros’ big 2024 titles to their streaming catalogue.

Debuting today, December 30th, 2024, are:

FURIOSA: A MAD MAX SAGA

• George Miller’s sequel launched in US theaters on May 24th, hit PVOD on June 25th, and began streaming on Max on August 16th.

• Launching concurrently on Netflix with Furiosa is Miller’s 2015 masterpiece Mad Max: Fury Road.

THE WATCHERS

• Ishana Night Shyamalan’s mystical thriller launched in US theaters on June 7th, hit PVOD on June 30th, and began streaming on Max on August 30th.

HORIZON: AN AMERICAN SAGA - CHAPTER 1

• Kevin Costner’s big gamble launched in US theaters on June 28th, hit PVOD on July 16th, and began streaming on Max on August 23rd.

GODZILLA X KONG: THE NEW EMPIRE

• Adam Wingard’s hit sequel launched in US theaters on March 29th, hit PVOD on May 14th, and began streaming on Max on July 4th.

• This Warner Bros title actually arrived on Netflix last week, on December 22nd.

All of the Warner Bros titles continue to be available to stream on Max.
