Amazon MGM Studios has announced their football comedy THE UNDERDOGGS will go direct to streaming. arriving on their Prime Video platform on January 26th, 2024. The film had targeted that date for a theatrical release.

The Underdoggs was directed by Charles Stone III and written by Danny Segal and Isaac Schamis. The film stars Snoop Dogg, Tika Sumpter, Andrew Schulz, Mike Epps, and George Lopez, and tells the story of former NFL player Jaycen Jennings, who agrees to coach a youth football team in order to avoid going to prison.
