Amazon MGM Studios is expected to release their holiday action-comedy RED ONE on their Prime Video streaming service later this week, arriving on December 12th, 2024. The film launched in US theaters on November 15th, 2024.

Red One is directed by Jake Kasdan and written by Chris Morgan, from an original story by Hiram Garcia. It stars Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Chris Evans, J.K. Simmons, Lucy Liu, Kiernan Shipka, Bonnie Hunt, Nick Kroll, Kristofer Hivju, and Wesley Kimmel.

In the film, after Santa Claus (codename: Red One) is kidnapped, the North Pole's Head of Security must team up with the world's most infamous bounty hunter in a globe-trotting, action-packed mission to save Christmas.
