Paramount Pictures is expected to release their action prequel A QUIET PLACE: DAY ONE on VOD and digital platforms later this month, arriving on July 30th, 2024. The film launched in the US theaters on June 28th, 2024.

Please note: Although Paramount has not announced nor confirmed the date, Prime Video included it in their July 2024 preview video (Update: Prime Video has removed the video). As always, dates are subject to change.

A Quiet Place: Day One was written and directed by Michael Sarnoski, based on a story he conceived with John Krasinski. It is the third installment in the A Quiet Place film series, serving as a spin-off and prequel.

The film stars Lupita Nyong'o as a terminally ill woman during the beginning stages of an invasion in New York City by extraterrestrial creatures with an acute sense of hearing. The supporting cast includes Joseph Quinn, Alex Wolff, and Djimon Hounsou, who reprises his role from the second film.
