The Vertical Entertainment James McAvoy thriller POSE has quietly made its SVOD debut, arriving today, March 12, 2026, on Prime Video. The film world premiered at the 2025 Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival before launching on VOD and digital platforms on December 5th, 2025.
Pose is written and directed by Jamie Adams, and stars James McAvoy, Lucas Bravo, Aisling Franciosi and Almudena Amor.
In the film, isolated in a grand country manor, a reclusive artist named Thomas Alexander (James McAvoy) spends a passionate and paranoid weekend with his ex-lover, an obsessive fan, and a potential muse. Thomas engages in a psychological game with his housemates, hoping to spark a new wave of artistic brilliance. Over the course of a few tumultuous days filled with chaos and revelation, not all of them will make it out alive.
