Universal Pictures THE FALL GUY is set to make its SVOD debut next month, arriving on Peacock on August 30th, 2024. The film world premiered at the 2024 SXSW Festival before launching in US theaters on May 3rd, 2024. It was made available for PVOD on May 21st.

The Fall Guy was directed by David Leitch and written by Drew Pearce, loosely based on the 1980s TV series. The plot follows a stuntman (Ryan Gosling) working on his ex-girlfriend's (Emily Blunt) directorial debut action film, only to find himself involved in a conspiracy surrounding the film's lead actor (Aaron Taylor-Johnson). The cast also features Hannah Waddingham, Teresa Palmer, Stephanie Hsu, and Winston Duke.

An extended cut of the film will also debut on Peacock the same day.
