Focus Features Sets Digital Streaming Release Date for DÌDI

Focus Features is set to release their coming-of-age film DIDI on VOD and digital platforms, arriving on September 3rd, 2024. The film world premiered at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival, where it won Audience Award: U.S. Dramatic and U.S. Dramatic Special Jury Award: Ensemble, before launching in US theaters in limited release on July 26th, 2024.

Dìdi was written, directed, and produced by Sean Wang in his directorial debut. The film stars Izaac Wang and Joan Chen.

In 2008, during the last month of summer before high school begins, an impressionable 13-year-old Taiwanese American boy learns what his family can't teach him: how to skate, how to flirt, and how to love your mom.
